Sig Sauer P229 Elite, Para Ordnance Black Ops, Barrett M107A1

As inventory continues to trickle in, we're encouraged to see some interesting weapons hitting our shelves. For example, this special edition Sig Sauer P229 in .40s&w was designed to give shooters Elite model features at a reduced price point. It's basically an Elite Dark without adjustable sights, short reset trigger, or aluminum grips. However, it still boasts an Elite slide with forward cocking serrations, factory night sights, enhanced beavertail, Picatinny accessory rail, and two full-capacity 13rd magazines.

Another exciting pistol is the Black Ops 1911 in .45acp by Para Ordnance. It features factory night sights, aggressive G10 grips, ambidextrous safety, accessory rail, and forward cocking serrations on the slide. The flat finish is worthy of its Black Ops moniker.

According to our suppliers, ammunition will be severely constrained for the next 8-10 months. Full-capacity magazines are starting to come back into stock, albeit at a slower rate than usual. AR15 and AK47 type rifles are still scarce-- as are imported semi-automatic shotguns like the venerable Saiga and Benelli M4.
