Shot Show 2015: Magpul 60rd Drum, Magpul Glock Mag, LWRC 45acp Carbine

Not unlike holiday sales starting earlier and earlier each year, new products typically announced during Shot Show are leaking before the firearms industry's biggest event kicks off. Late last week, nearly a week before Shot Show in Las Vegas, we learned that Glock is bringing three new, optics ready, pistols to market: the model G34 MOS, G35 MOS, and G40 MOS-- a 9mm, .40sw, and 10mm long slide, respectively.

Magpul announced a new 60 round drum magazine and more interestingly: an OEM replacement magazine for Glock 9mm pistols. These Magpul Glock mags will have an MSRP around $14.95 and feature the same high-quality polymer that PMAGs use, an anti-tilt follower, and special base plates. Plus, the same boring reliability you've come to expect from Magpul.

LWRC unveiled a carbine in .45acp-- shown in a stunning Titanium Cerakote finish. Stay tuned for more info and pricing soon.

If we can judge anything by Shot Show, 2015 should be an exciting year for the firearms industry. Hopefully, the BATFE won't stand in the way of the burgeoning NFA market. Last week's letter from the agency regarding the use of the Sig Sauer pistol brace was discouraging. Government intervention like this hurts consumer confidence and punishes our fragile economy.

We'll have more product updates and pricing soon. In the meantime, check out the new Microtech automatic knives we've added to the website. Also, we're down to a baker's dozen of the full auto Mk18 BB Guns from last week's newsletter. Only $119 while supplies last!

Have a good week and God bless. -- Evan
